Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate daily care to residents, helping them thrive
Assist with personal hygiene and mobility to promote independence
Monitor vital signs and report changes to ensure top-notch care
Support activities of daily living with a positive, caring approach
Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes

Qualifications

Active CNA certification in North Carolina
Current BLS certification preferred
Genuine passion for helping others and strong patient focus
Reliable team player ready to jump in and make an impact

Education

CNA certification required

Knowledge & Skills

Patient care and safety protocols
Basic medical terminology and vital signs monitoring
Excellent communication and empathy skills
Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
