Certified Nursing Assistant

Location: Elkins, West Virginia

Start Date: 06-08-2026

End Date: 08-31-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM, two-week schedule rotation (2 days one week, 4 days the next)

Hours per Week: 24

Candidate Pay Rate: $19 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care that helps residents feel comfortable and supported every day
Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
Monitor and report changes in residents' condition to the nursing team
Build meaningful connections with residents while helping them maintain dignity and independence
Collaborate with the care team to ensure each resident receives personalized attention
Document care activities accurately using Point-Click-Care electronic health records

Qualifications

Active Certified Nursing Assistant certification in West Virginia
Point-Click-Care experience required
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative healthcare team
Must live within 100 miles of the facility

Point-Click-Care electronic documentation system
Resident care and assistance techniques
Infection control and safety protocols
Compassionate communication and interpersonal skills
Team collaboration in a long-term care setting
