Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate hands-on care to residents
Assist with daily living activities to enhance quality of life
Monitor patient health and report changes promptly
Maintain clean and safe environments for all
Collaborate with the care team to provide exceptional support

Qualifications

Active CNA certification in Connecticut
Current BLS/CPR certification
Commitment to patient-centered care
Reliable and compassionate demeanor
Experience in long-term care preferred

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Completion of state-approved CNA training program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong patient care fundamentals
Excellent communication and observation skills
Knowledge of infection control protocols
Empathy and teamwork abilities
Basic medical terminology familiarity
