Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to residents, helping with daily living activities like bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with mobility, transferring, and positioning to ensure safety and comfort
• Monitor and record vital signs, and report changes to the nursing team
• Support residents with meals and hydration to meet nutritional needs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and staff
• Document care accurately and communicate effectively with the healthcare team

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current CPR/BLS certification (preferred)
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings preferred
• Ability to lift and transfer residents as needed
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a positive attitude

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of resident care protocols and safety practices
• Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team
• Excellent observation and reporting skills
• Empathy and patience in caring for elderly residents
