Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, person-centered care to residents
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Support safe mobility and transfers, promoting independence and dignity
• Monitor and report changes in residents' condition to the nursing team
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comforting environment for residents and families
• Document care services accurately and promptly
• Collaborate with nurses and other care team members to ensure the best outcomes

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification preferred
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable approach to care
• Ability to work per diem shifts as needed
• Prior CNA experience is a plus, but new grads are welcome to apply

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic patient care principles and safety protocols
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to safely lift, transfer, and support residents
• Attention to detail in documentation and reporting
• Teamwork, adaptability, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
