Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to residents in daily activities like bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes to nursing staff
• Assist with mobility and transfers to ensure resident safety
• Support residents with meals and hydration
• Maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe environment
• Communicate effectively with team members to deliver high-quality care

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in Pennsylvania
• BLS/CPR certification
• Ability to provide patient and empathetic care
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude
• Must bring a valid state or federal ID and wear a photo badge at all times

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of resident care techniques and safety protocols
• Skill in taking vital signs and documenting accurately
• Attention to detail in daily care tasks
• Ability to respond calmly in emergency situations
• Interpersonal skills to build rapport with residents and families
