Shift Type: Per diem, 6:30 PM - 6:30 AM NOC

Candidate Pay Rate: $17 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate hands-on care to patients in a rehab setting
Assist with daily living activities to promote independence and recovery
Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the care team
Support a healing environment that uplifts spirits and improves outcomes
Collaborate with nurses and therapists for optimal patient results

Qualifications

Active CNA certification in good standing
Current BLS certification preferred
Genuine passion for helping others recover and thrive
Reliable team player ready for per diem opportunities

Education

CNA certification required

Knowledge & Skills

Strong patient care fundamentals
Excellent communication and empathy
Attention to detail in a fast-paced rehab environment
Basic clinical skills for daily assistance
