Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, including vital signs and cardiac rhythms
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team to develop care plans
• Operate and manage advanced medical equipment such as ventilators and IV pumps
• Educate patients and families on condition management and recovery

Qualifications

• Current RN license in California (Nursys verified)
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and DCI/BVP certifications required
• Minimum 1 year of ICU experience preferred
• Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong critical thinking and assessment skills
• Proficient in cardiac monitoring and rhythm interpretation
• Knowledge of ventilator management and hemodynamic monitoring
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
