Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and high-quality patient care in a dynamic healthcare setting
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes with confidence
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Educate patients and families on health management and discharge plans
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to facility protocols

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina or compact state
• Minimum 2 years of recent acute care experience as an RN
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• ACLS and/or other specialty certifications preferred
• Willingness to adapt to new environments and patient populations

Education

• Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility and resilience in fast-paced healthcare settings
