Roles & Responsibilities

• Make a real difference by screening, evaluating, and treating patients to restore function and mobility
• Create and update personalized treatment and discharge plans that put each patient's goals first
• Keep meticulous documentation so every patient gets the right care at the right time
• Mentor and supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs, helping the whole team grow
• Partner with interdisciplinary care teams and families to build a supportive recovery journey
• Champion a culture of safety, infection control, and regulatory compliance in everything you do

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT)
• Active Tennessee PT license or ability to obtain one before start
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills
• Comfortable adapting quickly to new facilities, schedules, and patient needs
• A heart for helping others and a collaborative spirit

Education

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT)

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid clinical skills and up-to-date knowledge of physical therapy best practices
• Excellent communication - you can connect with patients, families, and teammates
• Expertise in patient evaluation and individualized treatment planning

• Supervisory skills to effectively guide PTAs and Rehab Techs
• Compliance knowledge for safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
