Travel Physical Therapist Assistant - Post Acute Care
Location: Brighton, Massachusetts
Start Date: 08-05-2026
End Date: 11-04-2026
Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $36 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized therapy interventions based on each patient's plan of care
- Document patient progress and responses to treatment accurately
- Empower patients with education and home exercise programs to support recovery
- Keep the supervising PT informed with clear, timely communication
- Champion safety and infection control in every interaction
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Active Massachusetts PTA license or the ability to obtain one
- A collaborative spirit and the ability to follow treatment plans
Education
- Associate's degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong grasp of physical therapy techniques and modalities
- Excellent patient care and documentation skills
- Effective patient education and communication abilities
- Solid understanding of infection control and compliance standards
