Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized therapy interventions based on each patient's plan of care
• Document patient progress and responses to treatment accurately
• Empower patients with education and home exercise programs to support recovery
• Keep the supervising PT informed with clear, timely communication
• Champion safety and infection control in every interaction

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Active Massachusetts PTA license or the ability to obtain one
• A collaborative spirit and the ability to follow treatment plans

Education

• Associate's degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong grasp of physical therapy techniques and modalities
• Excellent patient care and documentation skills
• Effective patient education and communication abilities
• Solid understanding of infection control and compliance standards
