Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality telemetry nursing care to adults, monitoring cardiac rhythms and responding to changes promptly
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
Interpret telemetry strips and escalate concerns to providers in a timely manner
Administer medications and treatments according to orders and facility policies
Document patient status, interventions, and education clearly and accurately in the medical record
Contribute to a safe, compassionate care environment and support patient and family education

Qualifications

Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
Telemetry experience preferred; comfort with cardiac monitoring and rhythm interpretation
BLS required; ACLS preferred or willing to obtain
Prior PRN or night-shift experience a plus
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently during night shifts and adapt to variable schedules

Education

Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in telemetry monitoring and cardiac rhythm recognition
Solid assessment and critical thinking skills for acute patient changes
Effective written and verbal communication with patients and team members
Familiarity with documentation best practices and basic electronic charting
Prioritization and time management during busy night shifts
