Shift Type: Rotating shifts including weekends

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $48 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Single scrub cardiac cases with precision and care
Support main OR procedures including ortho, neuro, vascular, robotics, urology, general, and gyn when cardiac volume is low
Prepare and maintain sterile fields for safe surgical outcomes
Collaborate closely with surgeons and the perioperative team
Ensure all instruments and supplies are ready for each case

Qualifications

Active Surgical Tech certification or license
Experience scrubbing cardiac cases independently
Strong background in multiple surgical specialties
Excellent attention to detail and sterile technique

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in cardiac and general OR procedures
Knowledge of sterile technique and instrument handling
Ability to adapt quickly between specialties
Strong communication and teamwork skills
