Location: San Luis Obispo, California

Contract Type: Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $57 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Help patients improve their communication skills through personalized therapy
- Assess speech and language disorders to create effective treatment plans
- Collaborate with families and healthcare teams to support patient progress
- Document patient progress and adjust therapy approaches as needed
Qualifications
- Current SLP license in California
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience working with diverse patient populations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Education
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Knowledge & Skills
- Speech and language assessment techniques
- Therapy planning and implementation
- Patient documentation and progress tracking
- Collaborative care coordination
