Candidate Pay Rate: $50 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive screenings, evaluations, and treatments for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders
  • Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans to maximize patient outcomes
  • Document all services in full compliance with state and federal regulations and facility standards
  • Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and families to ensure holistic care
  • Maintain strict adherence to infection control and safety protocols

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program with a Master's degree (MS/MA)
  • Current state Speech-Language Pathologist license in Massachusetts
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CFY eligibility
  • A passion for helping others and working in a team environment

Education

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (MS/MA) from an accredited program

  • Speech-Language Pathology clinical expertise
  • Patient evaluation and assessment skills
  • Treatment planning and implementation
  • Swallowing therapy and dysphagia management
  • Accurate clinical documentation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Clinical problem-solving and critical thinking
  • Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
  • Knowledge of infection control protocols
