Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality dental cleanings and prophylaxis to patients
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques to maintain healthy smiles
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a smooth patient experience
• Document patient care and treatment plans accurately
• Utilize your expertise to assist with periodontal maintenance
• Deliver compassionate care in a supportive environment

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in the state of New Jersey (required)
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Experience in a dental office setting
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently with a dental assistant
• Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and equipment
• Proficiency in dental software for charting and documentation
• Understanding of infection control and sterilization protocols
• Skill in patient education and motivational interviewing
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
