Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional preventive dental care, including cleanings and oral hygiene assessments
• Take and develop dental X-rays to assist in diagnosis
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and post-treatment care
• Collaborate with dentists to develop individualized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate patient records and update medical histories
• Sterilize dental instruments and ensure a clean, safe environment
• Apply fluoride treatments and sealants as directed

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in Pennsylvania
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Previous experience in dental hygiene is a plus, but new graduates are welcome
• Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and instruments
• Proficiency with dental practice management software
• Strong patient education and counseling skills
• Attention to detail and infection control protocols
• Time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively within a dental team
