Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate bedside care to residents
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating
• Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes to nursing staff
• Support patients with mobility, transfers, and positioning
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• Document care provided accurately and timely

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in New Mexico
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• COVID-19 vaccination or documented medical/religious exemption
• State or federal issued photo identification
• Ability to pass background checks and facility compliance requirements

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic patient care principles and safety protocols
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassion and empathy for patients and residents
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and adapt to changing needs
• Attention to detail in documentation and observation
