Candidate Pay Rate: $35 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist orthodontists with patient procedures and treatments
- Prepare patients for examinations and orthodontic appliances
- Take and process dental X-rays with precision
- Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and care
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment notes
Qualifications
- Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or equivalent certification
- Current CPR certification
- Radiology license or certification as required
- Previous orthodontic experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy clinical setting
Knowledge & Skills
- Solid knowledge of dental terminology and orthodontic procedures
- Strong interpersonal skills to connect with patients of all ages
- Attention to detail in patient care and record keeping
- Proficiency with dental software and charting systems
- Understanding of infection control and sterilization protocols
- Manual dexterity and accuracy in handling instruments
