Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist dental hygienists with patient care and procedures
• Operate the GBT machine for guided biofilm therapy
• Efficiently set up and run two operatory columns
• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure instruments are sterilized
• Document patient information accurately and maintain records
• Provide excellent patient support and education on oral hygiene

Qualifications

• Active Dental Assistant certification or licensure in Virginia, as applicable
• Hands-on experience with GBT machine preferred
• Ability to manage multiple columns efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• A positive, patient-focused attitude

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
• Understanding of infection control and sterilization protocols
• Proficiency with dental software and charting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
