Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Thursday-Saturday, 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $17 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate daily care to residents, including assistance with bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility
- Monitor and record vital signs, and report any changes in patient condition to the nursing team
- Support patients with personal hygiene and grooming to maintain their dignity and comfort
- Collaborate with nurses and healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of care
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment
- Document patient care activities accurately and promptly
Qualifications
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of New Mexico
- Current BLS/CPR certification (American Heart Association preferred)
- Completion of a state-approved CNA training program
- COVID-19 vaccination or valid religious/medical exemption
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Previous experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and team members
- Knowledge of basic patient care principles and safety protocols
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Compassion and empathy for patients in need
- Attention to detail for accurate documentation and vital sign measurement
- Teamwork and collaboration skills
