Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional care to neuro stepdown patients, making a real difference in their recovery journeys
Assess and monitor patients using NIHSS, ensuring precise and timely interventions
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide seamless, high-quality support
Manage med/surg patients with confidence, adapting to diverse needs
Utilize EPIC system to document and streamline patient care efficiently

Qualifications

Active RN license with Nursys verification
Minimum 2 years experience in neuro stepdown or strong med/surg with stepdown exposure
NIHSS certification required in your CV packet
ACLS certification
EPIC experience a must

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in NIHSS assessments and neuro patient care
Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records
Strong med/surg and stepdown nursing background
Ability to handle complex patient cases with poise
