Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver critical care to patients in the high-stakes Emergency Department
Quickly assess and stabilize urgent cases with skill and compassion
Collaborate with a dynamic team to provide life-saving interventions
Triage patients efficiently ensuring the most critical receive immediate attention
Educate patients and families during stressful moments with clarity and empathy

Qualifications

Active RN license in Pennsylvania via Nursys
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in the Emergency Department
Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
NRP and DCI/BVP preferred for well-rounded expertise

Education

RN degree from an accredited nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in emergency triage and rapid response
Proficiency in ACLS protocols and pediatric emergencies with PALS
Strong clinical judgment in high-pressure environments
Familiarity with Prime Core Competencies and specialty exams
