Roles & Responsibilities

Lead the NICU team with confidence and compassion, ensuring top-notch care for our tiniest patients
Oversee daily operations and mentor fellow nurses to deliver exceptional outcomes
Coordinate patient care plans that make a real difference in families' lives
Step up as charge nurse to handle high-impact situations smoothly and effectively

Qualifications

Active RN license in good standing
NICU experience with proven leadership skills
BLS certification
DCI/BVP certification

Education

RN degree from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong NICU clinical expertise
Leadership and team coordination abilities
Excellent communication and decision-making under pressure
