Roles & Responsibilities

Lead the NICU team with confidence and compassion during critical moments
Oversee patient care in the high-stakes world of neonatal intensive care
Mentor and guide fellow nurses to deliver exceptional outcomes for tiny patients
Coordinate seamless shift handoffs to ensure continuous top-tier care
Champion safety protocols and innovative practices in a dynamic unit

Qualifications

Active RN license with NICU experience and proven leadership skills
BLS certification and DCI/BVP required
California RN license verification essential

Education

RN degree from an accredited nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong NICU expertise for handling delicate neonatal cases
Leadership abilities to inspire and direct your team effectively
Proficiency in core competencies and specialty NICU skills
