Candidate Pay Rate: $74 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional care to med-surg patients across the float pool
Float seamlessly between units to make a real impact where needed most
Collaborate with dynamic teams to ensure top-notch patient outcomes
Respond swiftly and compassionately in varying clinical scenarios

Qualifications

Active RN license with Nursys verification
BLS and ACLS certifications
Completed CNE skills checklist, competency exams, EKG, and pharmacology
Up-to-date personal health history including vaccines

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Strong med-surg nursing fundamentals
Adaptability in float pool environments
Proficiency in EKG interpretation and pharmacology
Excellent patient assessment and prioritization skills
