Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver patient-centered nursing care in collaboration with families
Conduct thorough assessments to guide care
Develop thoughtful care plans tailored to each patient
Implement interventions with compassion and precision
Evaluate outcomes to ensure the highest standards of care

Qualifications

Active RI RN licensure
BLS certification
NRP certification
AWHONN/Fetal Heart Monitoring
2+ years LDR or Antepartum experience
Fetal monitoring experience (C-EFM preferred)
English proficiency

Education

RN degree

Knowledge & Skills

Patient-centered nursing care

ANA Standards of Professional Nursing Practice
Fetal monitoring
EPIC EMR system
