Shift Type: Full-time contract shifts, typically 1:3-4 ratios on 28-bed PCU/IMCU unit

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional care to cardiac patients including STEMI, NSTEMI, CTS, and C/P cases
Manage cardiac drips like Milrinone, Dobutamine, and Pressors with confidence
Monitor and support patients on the 28-bed PCU/IMCU unit or telemetry beds
Collaborate in a dynamic environment with 1:3-4 ratios for meaningful patient impact

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years documented PCU experience in a similar sized facility
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Experience with cardiac population preferred

Education

Knowledge & Skills

PCU and IMCU expertise
Cardiac drips including Milrinone, Dobutamine, and Pressors
Telemetry monitoring for lower acuity levels
