Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to diverse patient populations
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Monitor patient vitals, administer medications, and perform treatments
• Educate patients and families on health management and discharge plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent acute care nursing experience
• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse license in North Carolina or compact state
• Current BLS certification (AHA or equivalent)
• ACLS certification preferred for critical care units
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and protocols

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficient in electronic medical records systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility and resilience in fast-paced healthcare settings
