Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care within the assigned OBGYN unit scope of practice
• Follow hospital policies, procedures, and nursing process guidelines to ensure patient safety and comfort
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
• Provide compassionate support to patients and families during labor, delivery, and postpartum care
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold standards of care and practice

Qualifications

• 1+ year of OBGYN nursing experience
• Active Michigan RN license or ability to obtain before start
• Previous travel experience is preferred but not required
• Strong commitment to patient-centered care

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid understanding of OBGYN nursing care and procedures
• Knowledge of the nursing process and evidence-based practice
• Excellent patient assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with hospital policies and regulatory standards
