Roles & Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients to restore function and mobility
• Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans of care
• Document services accurately and in a timely manner
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Rehab Technicians in accordance with practice acts
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families to achieve the best outcomes
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MSPT, or BSPT)
• Active state Physical Therapist license or ability to obtain one
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills
• Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs

Education

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT)

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in patient evaluation and treatment planning
• Thorough documentation and clinical skills
• Excellent communication and adaptive flexibility
• Supervision of PTAs and Rehab Technicians
