Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver gentle, thorough dental cleanings while helping patients feel at ease
• Assess oral health conditions and document findings with precision
• Take and process dental X-rays efficiently and safely
• Educate patients on personalized oral hygiene routines and preventive care
• Support the dentist during procedures with a seamless, team-focused approach
• Maintain a spotless, sterilized operatory to ensure patient safety
• Make a meaningful difference in patients' confidence and overall wellness

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Dental Hygienist license (or ability to obtain)
• Current CPR/BLS certification are preferred
• X-ray/radiography certification
• Great communication skills and a warm, caring approach
• Ability to adapt quickly to different practice routines in a per diem role
• Prior experience in a dental office is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and instruments
• Comfort with dental software and charting systems
• Understanding of infection control and sterilization standards
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently while thriving as part of a team
• A friendly, encouraging way of connecting with patients
