Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to patients on a per diem basis
• Administer medications and treatments with precision and care
• Monitor and document patient vital signs and overall condition
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to create and implement individualized care plans
• Educate patients and their families on health management and treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records and charting

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license in the state of Pennsylvania (or compact where applicable)
• Current BLS certification required
• Strong clinical and critical thinking skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to pass background checks and comply with registry requirements
