Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate hands-on care to patients, assisting with daily activities like bathing, dressing, and feeding
• Monitor and record vital signs, promptly reporting any changes to the nursing team
• Support patient mobility with safe transfer and positioning techniques
• Keep patient rooms and common areas clean, sanitized, and comfortable
• Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care
• Document patient care and observations accurately and timely

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in the state of California
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• A caring, patient-centered approach to care
• Great communication skills and a team-player attitude
• Ability to pass background checks and pre-employment screenings

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic patient care and hygiene practices
• Understanding of infection control protocols and safety standards
• Ability to accurately measure and document vital signs
• Sharp observational skills to identify changes in patient condition
• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
