Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $54 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive screenings, evaluations, and treatments for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans to help patients achieve their goals
- Document all services thoroughly, ensuring compliance with state and facility regulations
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and families to optimize communication and swallowing outcomes
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Master's degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
- Active Maryland state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills
Education
- MS/MA in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in patient evaluation and treatment planning
- Skilled in swallowing therapy and dysphagia management
- Proficient in documentation and regulatory compliance
- Strong interdisciplinary collaboration and communication
- Knowledge of infection control and safety protocols
- Clinical problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
