Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide onsite medical care and first aid to employees and visitors
• Respond quickly and effectively to medical emergencies and incidents
• Assess patient conditions, provide treatment within scope, and transport or refer as needed
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
• Ensure compliance with EHS, safety protocols, and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with the onsite safety team to promote a healthy work environment

Qualifications

• NREMT Paramedic certification required
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
• ITLS or PHTLS certification required
• ICS 100, 200, 700, and 800 training required
• Experience in EHS, onsite medical, or first aid settings
• Highly desired: Nevada Paramedic License
• Highly desired: CEVO or EVOC certification
• Minimum 12-hour availability for per diem roles

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong emergency assessment and clinical decision-making skills
• Proficiency in BLS, ACLS, PALS, ITLS, and PHTLS protocols
• Knowledge of incident command systems and emergency response procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends and rotating days
• Comfortable working in an industrial/onsite environment
• Strong documentation and record-keeping skills
