Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality emergency nursing care to patients in a fast-paced ER environment
• Act as Charge Nurse once training is completed, guiding the team and coordinating patient flow
• Float to other units as needed, bringing your expertise wherever it's needed most
• Triage patients, administer medications, and perform emergency interventions
• Document patient assessments and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure excellent outcomes
• Embrace block scheduling to provide consistent care and team stability

Qualifications

• Must have MAB Certification at time of submission
• Active RN license required
• Emergency Room nursing experience preferred
• Comfortable floating to different units as needed

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong emergency nursing skills including triage, assessment, and critical thinking
• MAB (Management of Assaultive Behavior) certification
• Ability to lead as Charge Nurse and direct a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of emergency medications, interventions, and protocols
