Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized therapy interventions following each patient's plan of care
• Document patient progress and response to treatment with accuracy and compassion
• Empower patients through education and home exercise programs that support their recovery
• Keep supervising PTs in the loop with clear communication about patient status
• Uphold the highest standards of safety, infection control, and compliance in every interaction

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Active state PTA license or the ability to obtain one before starting
• A collaborative spirit ready to follow treatment plans and work with interdisciplinary teams
• A passion for helping patients regain mobility and confidence

Education

• Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

• Physical therapy techniques and interventions
• Patient care with a focus on dignity and respect
• Clinical documentation that keeps care coordinated
