Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-focused nursing care as an MST Registered Nurse
Perform thorough assessments and document patient findings accurately
Administer medications and treatments safely following facility policies
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
Educate patients and families with clear, respectful communication
Maintain professional standards, infection control, and patient safety

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in California or compact-state equivalent
Experience or familiarity with MST (Mobile/Managed Screening Team) workflows preferred
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; advanced certifications welcome
Comfortable working per diem assignments and adapting to different clinical settings
Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and patient communication skills
Professional, dependable, and able to work independently when needed

Education

Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; diploma in nursing accepted

Knowledge & Skills

Patient assessment and triage skills in outpatient or mobile screening settings
Medication administration and safe documentation practices
Electronic health record documentation and clinical charting
Excellent verbal and written communication with patients and teams
Ability to adapt quickly to varying workflows and patient populations
Familiarity with infection control and standard clinical protocols
