Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients
• Monitor and assess patient status, recognizing and responding to changes
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
• Educate patients and families on conditions and care plans
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
• Previous ICU or critical care nursing experience preferred
• Strong critical thinking and assessment skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficient in interpreting cardiac rhythms and monitoring equipment
• Knowledge of ventilator management and critical care protocols
• Skilled in IV therapy, medication administration, and emergency response
• Strong documentation and electronic health record (EHR) skills
• Compassionate patient and family communication
