Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures with precision and care
• Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and ensure a clean, safe environment
• Take and develop dental X-rays as directed by the dentist
• Provide outstanding patient care and comfort before, during, and after treatment
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with front-desk duties as needed
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care

Qualifications

• Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or willing to obtain certification
• Active X-ray (Radiology) license in the state of Wisconsin
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Prior experience as a dental assistant preferred, but new grads welcome to apply
• Excellent communication skills and a warm, friendly personality

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology
• Familiarity with dental software for patient records
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent attention to detail and infection control practices
