Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional dental hygiene care during 30-minute appointment slots
• Perform professional teeth cleanings and oral health assessments
• Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and preventive care
• Collaborate with a dedicated dental assistant to streamline patient flow
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Ensure a comfortable and positive experience for every patient

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey Dental Hygienist license
• Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program
• Current CPR certification
• Excellent patient communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in dental hygiene procedures and instrumentation
• Strong understanding of infection control and sterilization protocols
• Patient education and oral health counseling skills
• Attention to detail and strong documentation abilities
• Adaptability and teamwork in a supportive clinic setting
