Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional preventive dental care including cleanings, radiographs, and patient education
• Partner with dentists to deliver personalized treatment plans
• Maintain a safe, sterile environment and adhere to infection control protocols
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently
• Ensure a welcoming, comfortable experience for patients

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in Virginia (or eligible to obtain)
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong clinical skills with attention to patient comfort
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively as part of a dental care team

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental hygiene best practices and procedures
• Proficiency with dental radiography and imaging
• Understanding of sterilization and infection control standards
• Familiarity with dental practice management software
• Compassionate patient care approach
