Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, compassionate critical care to ICU patients
Assess, monitor and document patient status using evidence-based practices
Manage ventilators, drips and advanced support in collaboration with the care team
Implement care plans and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal outcomes
Respond rapidly and effectively to changes in patient condition
Educate patients and families about care plans and recovery expectations

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) credential
Experience or clinical background in ICU or critical care (ICU listed as core skill)
Current BLS certification; ACLS preferred or encouraged
Strong clinical judgement, critical thinking and effective communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Education

Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Critical care assessment and monitoring
Ventilator management and respiratory support basics
Hemodynamic monitoring and medication titration
Familiarity with ICU workflows and interdisciplinary collaboration
Accurate, timely clinical documentation and handoff communication
