Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in condition promptly
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans and recovery goals
• Maintain accurate and thorough patient documentation

Qualifications

• Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum 1-2 years of recent ICU experience preferred
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in ventilator management and hemodynamic monitoring
• Proficiency in interpreting cardiac rhythms and lab values
• Knowledge of ICU protocols and evidence-based practices
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities
• Strong patient advocacy and emotional support skills
