Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients in the emergency room
• Assess, triage, and treat patients with a wide range of injuries and illnesses
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to deliver optimal outcomes
• Administer medications, perform procedures, and monitor patient responses
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse license in California
• BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in an Emergency Room setting
• PALS certification preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment

Education

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution

• Strong critical thinking and rapid decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Proficiency in emergency nursing procedures and protocols
• Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
