Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality emergency nursing care to patients of all ages
• Perform rapid assessments and triage in a fast-paced ER environment
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to stabilize patients
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and life-saving interventions
• Provide compassionate support to patients and their families during critical moments
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with standards of care

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
• Minimum 1 year of recent ER nursing experience preferred
• BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
• PALS certification is a plus
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in emergency nursing procedures and protocols
• Proficiency in cardiac monitoring, wound care, and emergency medications
• Ability to handle high-stress situations with calm and professionalism
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities
• Strong organizational and time management skills
