Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide expert infusion therapy to patients with cancer, autoimmune diseases, and infections
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in an outpatient setting
• Administer chemotherapy and immunotherapy with precision and safety
• Manage PICC and midline catheters, ensuring optimal vascular access
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and adjust treatment plans
• Monitor patients for adverse reactions and intervene promptly
• Educate patients and families on treatment procedures and self-care

Qualifications

• Current unencumbered Oregon RN license - must be active upon submission
• Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification required
• AHA ACLS Provider Card required
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience preferred
• Experience in IV therapy, chemotherapy, and outpatient infusion is highly valued
• CRNI or OCN national certification preferred
• Current ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy-Immunotherapy certification preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficient in infusion therapy and ambulatory care
• Skilled in PICC and midline placement and maintenance
• Knowledge of oncology nursing principles and chemotherapy administration
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• Comfortable with electronic medical records (Point Click EMR)
