Roles & Responsibilities

• Direct, supervise, evaluate, and provide physical therapy services to patients in acute, swing, skilled nursing, and outpatient settings
• Implement treatment plans as prescribed by attending physicians
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Adapt therapy approaches to diverse patient populations across multiple departments
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Active California Physical Therapy license
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapist Examination (NPTE)
• At least 1 year of experience in acute care, swing bed/skilled nursing, or outpatient settings
• Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy
