Shift Type: Monday-Friday or Tuesday-Saturday, 8 hour shifts (flexible scheduling)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $77 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality patient care in a home health setting
Conduct patient education on RT equipment
Utilize HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) system
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams

Qualifications

Registered Nurse (RN) license
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Valid driver's license and insurance
Home Health experience preferred

Education
